Job summary

Electrify Energy Pvt Ltd in Ahmedabad is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee daily maintenance of machines, electrical systems, CNC/PLC controls, and allied equipment. The role covers SMT lines, automated production, and key utility infrastructure, with a focus on reliability and energy efficiency.

The candidate will lead preventive maintenance programs, optimize spare parts, ensure safety compliance, and drive MTTR/MTBF improvements across the plant in Ahmedabad district.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of all machines, electrical and electronic equipment, CNC & PLC systems, and AC/DC drives.
• Oversee maintenance of SMT machinery, automated production lines, and test benches.
• Maintain utility equipment such as DG sets, compressors, dryers, transformers, and material handling gear (forklifts, stackers, EOT, cranes).
• Analyze critical breakdowns and implement preventive maintenance, TPM measures.
• Plan and optimize machine/equipment spare parts requirements.
• Ensure compliance with MBK/QMS/EMS/OHSAS/5S/Kaizen/Poka-Yoke activities.
• Act as Electrical Safety Officer and ensure electrical system safety compliance.
• Monitor energy consumption and drive conservation initiatives.
• Aim to improve MTTR and MTBF across equipment and processes.

• Should be able to analyze the critical breakdowns and to implement preventive maintenance, TPM
• Responsible for planning and optimization of machine/equipment spare requirements.
• Responsible for compliances related to MBK /QMS/EMS/OHSAS/5S/Kaizen/Poka-Yoke activities.
• Responsible as Electrical Safety Officer and for compliances for the entire safety of the Electrical system.
• Responsible for energy consumption and conservation.
• Responsible for improvement in MTTR & MTBF
