Maintenance Head Job Description

To ensure that production lines, plant equipment are maintained in good working condition.

Planning of maintenance job: Daily / Monthly / Yearly.

Preventive Maintenance Activities.

Spare Parts Management.

Installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Utility maintenance.

Statutory compliance as per GPCB, UGVCL, Factory act, Safety standards.

Data analysis like breakdown analysis, machine uptime, energy conservation analysis, etc.

Attending to the safety requirements of the plant.

Energy conservation.

TPM - PM Pillar.

Reviewing the performance of subordinates and identifying their training needs.

Support operators and ME dept to implementation of Kaizen.

Support and implement safety and environment related projects.
