Job summary

Shreepati Techno Services seeks a proactive Manager - Maintenance to lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and both permanent and contract staff at our Pune facility. You will drive preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance, ensuring zero downtime and safe, compliant operations.

The role demands strong leadership, excellent troubleshooting, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams while maintaining records and reporting on maintenance metrics.

Qualifications

• BE/DEE - Electrical degree required.
• 12–15 years of work experience in maintenance.
• Age 32–38 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers, supervisors, and both permanent and contract workers.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
• Aim for zero downtime of machines and utilities; prioritize work orders.
• Maintain production machines, utilities and plant infrastructure.
• Ensure proper functioning of DG sets and compressors.
• Prepare and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor PM compliance against Plan vs Actual.
• Analyze downtime history and suggest improvements.
• Supervise technicians and electricians; assign daily work orders.
• Allocate work and ensure safe execution.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and raise indent for critical spares.
• Control maintenance costs and ensure safety compliance.
• Ensure calibration of welding machine, pressure gauges, crane, and air vessels.
• Maintain maintenance records, logs, and checklists.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
• Assist in audits and drive continuous improvement projects.

Position : Manager - Maintenance

Role & Responsibilities

• 1 Strong Leadership role able to Lead the Team of Engineers / Supervisors / Permanent & Contractual workers. Also need to be demanding with concern departments for achieving his Key Result Area & for delivering positive results in line with Organization Goal.
• 2 Assist in planning and execution of preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
• 3 Measure Down time & Ensure Zero down time of machines and utilities. 4 Support daily maintenance activities and prioritize work orders.
• 5 Maintain production machines, utilities and plant infrastructure upkeep.
• 6 Ensure proper functioning of DG sets, Compressors.
• 7 Prepare and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
• 8 Monitor PM compliance with Plan Vs Actual and ensure timely completion.
• 9 Analyze breakdown history and suggest improvements.
• 10 Supervise technicians, fitters and electricians & ensure to give them daily work order. Monitor Plan Vs Actual
• 11 Allocate work and ensure safe execution.
• 12 Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure availibility of critical spares. 13 Raise indent for spares and services as required.
• 14 Monitor & Control maintenance cost.
• 15 Ensure adherence to safety procedures and statutory requirements. 16 Ensure calibration of welding machine, pressure gauges, crane, air vessels.
• 17 Maintain maintenance records, log book and cheklists.
• 18 Prepare daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports.
• 19 Assist in Audits. Ensure compliance to the customer audits & findings. 20 Initiate the actions towards continual improvement projects / kaizen/ 5S / Lean/ Turtle Chart etc.

Criteria Desired

• 1 Qualifications BE/DEE - Electrical
• 2 Age 32 to 38 Years
• 3 Work Experience 12 -15 years.

KSAB Status Knowledge

• 1 Strong technical knowledge of plant equipments like Laser machine, Press brake, Cranes, Compressors.
• 2 Good knowledge of trobleshooting of laser machines, Press brake , Cranes, Compressor problems.
• 3 Good knowledge of ISO, 5 S system.
• 4 Basic computer skill. MS office, Windows.
• 5 Able to read electrical, Mechanical and hydraulic drawings.
