Nagarjuna Construction Company (NCC) in India seeks an experienced Planning and Billing professional for substation projects. You will drive project planning, ensure timely execution, and manage billing with sub-contractor and client bills while coordinating with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 6–15 years in planning and billing, strong MS Excel and SAP skills for documentation, reporting, and data analysis, and experience generating MIS reports, BOQs, and JMCs in collaboration with clients.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and SAP for documentation and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and process Sub-Contractor Bills, Client Bills, and PV Bills.
• Reconcile materials, track consumption, utilization, and variances.
• Prepare MIS reports for project monitoring and management review.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and JMCs in coordination with clients.
• Utilize MS Excel and SAP for documentation, billing, reporting, and data analysis.

• Project Planning & Execution, ensuring timely completion of project activities and deliverables.
• Preparation and processing of Sub-Contractor Bills, Client Bills, and PV Bills.
• Material Reconciliation, including tracking material consumption, utilization, and variances.
• Preparation and analysis of MIS Reports for project monitoring and management review.
• Client Coordination and communication to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of issues.
• Preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and JMCs (Joint Measurement Certificates) in coordination with clients.
• Strong hands-on experience in MS Excel and SAP for project documentation, billing, reporting, and data analysis.

Candidate Profile :

Desired candidate must be having min of 6-15 Years of experience in Planning and billing of Substation projects.
