Job summary

JNK India Limited is seeking a seasoned Project Planning & Billing professional to support oil & gas projects across site locations. You will prepare, update, and monitor schedules using Primavera P6, track progress, and generate DPR/WPR/MPR reports, while coordinating with site teams, clients, PMC, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has a B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years in project planning and billing, hands-on Primavera P6, and strong MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 10+ years experience in project planning & billing, preferably in Oil & Gas projects.
• Hands-on Primavera P6 experience.
• Strong MS Excel and project documentation skills.
• Willingness to work at project/site locations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Track site progress against planned schedules and prepare DPR/WPR/MPR.
• Coordinate with site teams, clients, PMC, and subcontractors for project progress.
• Prepare RA Bills, Final Bills, BOQ, quantity measurements, and reconciliation.
• Prepare and track extra work/variation claims.
• Monitor manpower, material, and resource requirements.
• Prepare progress reports, S-curves, and schedule updates.
• Support project team in delay analysis and recovery planning.
