Job summary

Coretek Labs in Hyderabad is hiring a Domestic IT Recruiter with IT recruitment expertise. This full-time role covers end-to-end sourcing, screening, coordination and closure across contract and permanent IT roles such as Java, .NET, Cloud and SAP.

You'll work with hiring managers and interview panels, maintain the candidate pipeline, and leverage LinkedIn, Naukri and Boolean search to meet aggressive targets.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and Excel reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proven success in full-cycle recruiting across multiple tech roles.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and thrives in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities
