Job summary

Wroots Global Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a Domestic BPO Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls within the domestic market, supporting customer service, sales, and collections.

The role requires good communication in English and Hindi; freshers welcome. For sales, 1 year inside sales experience is preferred; for customer support, strong Hindi and English skills are essential. Immediate joiners preferred, Bangalore residents only.

Qualifications

• Work Location: Bommanahalli, Tin Factory, Whitefield, Bengaluru
• Shifts: 6 days working / 1 day rotational Week Off (Day shift)
• Fresher/Experienced both welcome
• Any graduates are fine, for experience undergraduate we can take
• Language: English + Hindi / English + Any south Indian Language (Hindi should be fluent)
• For sales, min 1 year of experience in inside sales
• For customer support we need good Hindi+ English Candidates
• If candidates are experienced they should have proper relieving documents from previous organization
• Immediate Joiners Only
• Candidates who are in Bangalore are only preferred (No relocation allowed)
