The role requires handling customer queries, resolving complaints, updating logs, and following company policies. Location: Whitefield, Bangalore; shifts may apply. Only experienced candidates invited to apply.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Bengali/Tamil, Malayalam Voice Process Executive to handle inbound and/or outbound customer s. The candidate must be fluent in Bengali/Tamil/Malayalam and comfortable communicating in basic English or Hindi.
