Job summary

Oasis Fertility in Bengaluru is seeking a Doctor Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong ties with designated doctors in the area, while coordinating field activities and monthly plans. The role emphasizes relationship-building with hospitals and clinicians to promote organizational goals.

The candidate will drive field initiatives, manage workshops, and report progress including MOUs with core doctors, working within a permanent, on-site setting at our Bengaluru office.

Responsibilities

• Increase organizational awareness through marketing initiatives.
• To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop sound sales plan.
• Responsible to actively cover & maintain good relationship with all the allotted Doctors within the given area. Must constantly engage with the core Doctors/Hospitals.
• Must be prompt & regular in updating Monthly work plan, & reports on daily basis to the reporting authority.
• To execute the various activities like Workshops, CME’s etc
• Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the reporting authority.
• Weekly progress report should be submitted in brief to management about the activities assigned.
• Must constantly engage with the core Doctors/Hospitals to initiate the MOU tie-ups.
• Team management.
