The role emphasizes pipeline development, market mapping, landlord negotiations, and coordination with accounts, legal, and store operations to ensure timely closures of agreements.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required.
• 8–12 years in Business Development in Retail, QSR, or Shops.
• Experience in market mapping, property leasing, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Understand and identify trade areas for new outlets and maintain pipeline of secured sites.
• Tap business opportunities to increase reach through retail tie-ups and different outlet formats.
• Track developments and create a pipeline; conduct Market Mapping Survey for potential locations.
• Prepare ROI, Rental outflow reports; process landlord-related legal documents for rent/lease.
• Coordinate license-related documents, landlord scope, and other project requirements.
• Liaise between landlord and Accounts, Legal and Store Operations teams.
• Ensure timely closure of agreements with legal and property owners.

Job Summary:

• To understand and identify trade areas where we need to open outlets and maintain rolling pipeline of secured sites
• Tap business opportunities of increasing the reach and penetration thru diff via retail tie ups and different formats of outlets across the region/circle.

Responsibilities:

• Track upcoming developments & create a pipeline.
• Market Mapping Survey of New Potential location.
• Prepare reports for properties SOR, ROI, Rental outflow.
• Complete and process appropriate legal documents and forms from the landlord related to the rent or lease.
• Market Mapping Survey and Understand market potential and help identify trade areas.
• Coordinate - License related documents, load, Landlord scope of responsibilities, etc. for projects.
• Liaison between landlord and other departments in the company
• Like Accounts, Legal and Store Operations Team.
• Ensuring timely closure of the agreements with the legal and property owners.
