Job summary

Adani Group is seeking a field-based Technical Services professional to provide end-user support across designated districts in Andhra Pradesh. You will promote products, drive demand generation, and share knowledge with contractors and engineers to strengthen brand adoption.

You will also manage key accounts and influencer networks, collect feedback on price, service, and quality, and collaborate with the Regional Technical Service Manager to improve field outcomes.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Civil Engineering is essential.
• 3+ years to 10+ years total experience in large scale/infra sectors.
• Strong teamwork and high conviction power.

Responsibilities

• Deliverables / Responsible for results in assigned territory.
• Provide regular input to the Regional Technical Service Manager - RTSM.
• Provide Customer Service to end customers in the designated districts.
• Track and report quality of company products through on site tests and market sampling.
• Collect independent feedback from end customers about selling process (Price, Service Levels, Quality, etc.) and report to RTSM.
• Manage relationship with Key Accounts and Key influencers.

• Purpose of Position 1.


• This position is responsible for providing technical services to end users & conducting product promotion/demand generation activities in the assigned territory.

• This position also involves knowledge sharing/engagement activities with the influencers like contractors & engineers for increasing the brand recommendation & implementation of influencer engagement programs.
