Job Description

• Plan and supervise daily dispatch activities.
• Coordinate with production, stores, and logistics teams.
• Prepare dispatch documents (Invoice, E-Way Bill, Delivery Challan).
• Ensure timely dispatch as per customer schedule.
• Monitor loading, unloading, and vehicle movement.
• Maintain dispatch records and inventory accuracy.
• Follow FIFO and ensure proper packaging.
