Job summary

Emprego is looking for a Packing Operations lead to supervise daily packing activities and allocate work to packing staff in our in-person facility in India. You will ensure packaging meets standards and customer requirements, and coordinate with dispatch and logistics for timely deliveries.

The role requires 5–7 years in packing/dispatch within manufacturing, with a strong focus on accuracy, cost control, and teamwork. Health benefits and provident fund are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of experience in packing and dispatch in manufacturing.
• In-person work location in India.

Packing Operations

Supervise daily packing activities and allocate work to packing staff. Ensure products are packed according to company standards and customer requirements. Check packaging materials, labels, barcodes, quantities and product condition. Minimize packing errors, product damage and material wastage.

Dispatch Management Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules. Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and within the required delivery timelines. Verify quantities, product codes, invoices, delivery challans and other dispatch documents. Coordinate with transporters, logistics teams and warehouse personnel.

Team Supervision Supervise, train and guide packing and dispatch workers. Prepare work assignments and monitor employee performance. Maintain discipline, attendance and productivity. Resolve operational issues within the team.

Inventory & Wirehouse coordination Coordinate with production, sales and logistics departments. Ensure finished goods are properly identified and available for dispatch. Maintain proper stock movement and dispatch records. Monitor loading and unloading activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in packing and dispatch (preferably in manufacturing)

Pay: ₹22,** - ₹25,** per month
