Job summary

Acura Solutions is seeking a Dispatch/Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse and dispatch operations, ensuring timely movement of materials and accurate stock control across locations in Pune area.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams, transporters and vendors, monitoring packing, labeling, records, and safety standards, and guiding warehouse staff to meet deadlines while complying with SOPs. Occasional travel to Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Bangalore as needed.

Qualifications

• Supervise daily warehouse, dispatch, loading and unloading operations.
• Maintain inward and outward movement of materials and documentation.
• Ensure accurate stock, inventory and material reconciliation.
• Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Prepare dispatch records, invoices, delivery challans and MIS reports.
• Ensure proper packing, labeling and handling of materials.
• Monitor warehouse housekeeping, safety and security standards.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Accounts and other teams for dispatch requirements.
• Track deliveries and resolve delays, shortages or discrepancies.
• Supervise warehouse/dispatch staff and allocate daily work.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and warehouse processes.

Will have to travel to Mumbai,Pune,Hyderabad & Bangalore locations (Rarely)
