Job summary

Stockarea (Meinigar Technologies Pvt Ltd) is seeking a full-time Warehouse Manager in Pune to oversee vendor management, inventory control and end-to-end warehouse operations. You will train and lead the warehouse team, ensure efficient workflows, and maintain safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include incident management, optimizing storage, and coordinating with logistics partners. Immediate joining and in-warehouse presence in Pune are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping and customer service.
• Schedule and oversee warehouse team to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
• Inspect equipment and oversee maintenance; meet with leads to plan loss prevention actions.
• Oversee logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities; coordinate with drivers and partners for efficient delivery.
• Oversee warehouse audits for security and safety.

Stockarea is a Managed logistics platform that provides Supply Chain solutions to SME & MNC Brands in India. Stockarea aggregates supply chain service providers like warehouse operators, Transporters, Freight Forwarders, Customs Agents, & Compliance service providers, and offers a single platform for Brands to Book/Manage these services.

Objectives of this role:

• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including vendor management, inventory control, and ensuring efficient and organized workflows.
• Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary goal — by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals
• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods
• Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
• In Charge of incident management and reporting as per warehouse policy.
• Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations
• Ensure SHE Guidelines and ensure the safety audits being followed at the warehouse regularly.
• Keep in touch with Local Ambulance, Fire department, Manage Local human Safety Kits and PPEs to ensure the safe working at warehouse.
• Supervise end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment including picking, packing, dispatch, and coordination with logistics partners.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and ensure efficient warehouse layout and staff productivity.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
• Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessaryMeet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention
• Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages
• Oversee and manage the warehouse Audits for Security and Safety purposes.
