Job summary

Zygal is seeking a logistics supervisor in Pune to lead dispatch teams, oversee end-to-end operations, and coordinate with transport partners to ensure timely deliveries. The role requires hands-on supervision, strong communication, and the ability to maintain SOPs and safety standards.

You will work with ERP systems for inventory and performance tracking, contributing to efficiency and accuracy across daily shipments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory or logistics/warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and schedule dispatch staff to maintain high performance.

• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with transport providers, courier partners, and drivers to resolve delays or route issues.
• Documentation & Compliance: Verify shipping papers like invoices and e-way bills, and enforce workplace safety and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in inventory software or ERP systems and track performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of supervisory or logistics/warehouse experience.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and enterprise software (ERP/SAP/Tally).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving under pressure, and leadership abilities.
