Dispatch Supervisor

Job brief

We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to manage dispatch operations and ensure smooth handling of incoming and outgoing materials at the plant.

The role involves material verification, documentation checks, weighbridge coordination, and supervision of loading and unloading activities. The candidate will ensure that all dispatch processes follow company procedures and that materials are handled, recorded, and dispatched accurately.

Ultimately, you will help maintain efficient dispatch operations, accurate documentation, and proper material handling to support smooth plant logistics.

Requirements

• Verify incoming material quantity, weight, and numbers
• Check and validate documents such as Invoice, Builty, E-way Bill, Weighbridge Slip, and Purchase Order
• Accompany vehicles going to external weighbridge outside company premises
• Record empty and loaded truck weights at the internal weighbridge
• Supervise unloading, segregation, stacking, and weighing of scrap batteries type-wise
• Ensure quality report is attached with dispatched material
• Ensure vehicles are properly cleaned before loading finished goods
• Ensure proper wrapping, batch number, and colour coding on finished goods
• Prepare dispatch instruction forms for invoices
