• Track deliveries and follow up on pending/failed deliveries.
• Coordinate with production and stores to ensure orders are ready for dispatch.
• Optimize vehicle loading and transportation costs.
• Ensure proper handling and protection of boxes during loading and transit.
• Report daily dispatch status and pending orders to management.
• Maintain discipline and efficiency among loading/dispatch staff.
