Job summary

RECEX Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a responsible Dispatch Officer to manage day-to-day dispatch operations, coordinating with production, warehouse, transporters, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, compliance with SOPs and safety requirements, and maintaining dispatch records and MIS reports. You will also track shipments, handle customer queries, and coordinate loading/unloading and freight-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily dispatches as per customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, packing lists, and transport documents.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse, Production, Sales, Accounts, and Logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations.
• Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely pickup and delivery.
• Ensure correct quantity, quality, packing, labeling, and documentation before dispatch.
• Maintain dispatch records, registers, and MIS reports.
• Track shipments and follow up with transporters regarding delivery status.
• Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery schedules.
• Monitor pending orders and ensure timely dispatch against committed timelines.
• Coordinate loading and unloading activities and ensure proper material handling.
• Verify transporter bills and maintain freight-related records.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety requirements.
• Report shortages, damages, delays, or discrepancies to the concerned department.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of all dispatch-related records.
