Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in packing and dispatch operations.
• Graduate degree; MBA preferred.
• Experience supervising loading and weighbridge checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cement packing and truck loading (50 kg bags, bulkers, big bags).
• Allocate manpower and coordinate truck placement for smooth loading.
• Ensure accuracy per sales orders (product, bag type, quantity).
• Monitor packer machines and conveyors; coordinate maintenance during breakdowns.
• Manage weighbridge checks and bag weight compliance.
• Maintain daily dispatch records and bag stock reconciliation.
• Receive and verify empty bag stock from suppliers; track consumption.
• Issue loading slips and operate RFID/ERP for dispatch control.
• Maintain housekeeping and minimize bag damage during loading.
