Sarthee Consultancy's client is seeking an experienced Loading & Dispatch Officer in Mumbai to supervise cement packing, truck loading and weighbridge control, ensuring accurate, fast, and compliant material movement per sales orders.

The role requires a minimum of five years in packing and dispatch, with a graduate degree and MBA preferred. You will allocate manpower, ensure accuracy, monitor equipment, and maintain dispatch records.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising cement packing, truck loading and dispatch operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cement packing and truck loading (50 kg bags, bulkers, big bags).
• Allocate manpower and coordinate truck placement for smooth loading.
• Ensure correct product, bag type and quantity as per sales order.
• Monitor packer machines, conveyors, and coordinate with maintenance during breakdowns.
• Manage weighbridge checks, legal bag weight compliance, and periodic check-weighment.
• Maintain daily dispatch records and bag stock reconciliation.
• Receive and verify empty bag stock from suppliers; track consumption.
• Issue loading slips and operate RFID/ERP for dispatch control.
• Maintain housekeeping and minimize bag damage during loading.
