Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking an experienced Loading & Dispatch Officer in Pune to supervise cement packing, truck loading, weighbridge control, and dispatch operations in line with sales orders.

The role requires minimum 5 years in packing and dispatch, with a graduate qualification and MBA. You will coordinate manpower, monitor equipment, and ensure accurate packaging and timely dispatch.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in packing and dispatch.
• Graduate with MBA or equivalent management qualification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cement packing and truck loading; manage 50 kg bags, bulkers, and big bags.
• Allocate manpower and coordinate truck placement for smooth loading.
• Ensure correct product, bag type, and quantity as per sales order.
• Monitor packer machines, conveyors, and coordinate with maintenance during breakdowns.
• Manage weighbridge checks and legal bag weight compliance.
• Maintain daily dispatch records and bag stock reconciliation.
• Receive and verify empty bag stock from suppliers; track consumption.
• Issue loading slips and operate RFID/ERP for dispatch control.
• Maintain housekeeping and minimize bag damage during loading.
