Job summary

NCL Buildtek Limited is seeking a Dispatch Officer to manage daily logistics, loading operations, and documentation for AAC block deliveries to customers and construction sites. You will ensure inventory accuracy, optimal vehicle utilization, and minimal transit breakage.

Responsibilities include coordinating with drivers and vendors, preparing dispatch documents, and maintaining ERP-aligned records while ensuring safety and compliance throughout the loading and delivery process.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch/logistics operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and dispatch documentation.
• Knowledge of transport regulations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily dispatch schedules based on orders and production.
• Supervise loading of AAC blocks onto trucks and ensure proper securing.
• Prepare and verify delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and gate passes.
• Coordinate with transport vendors, drivers, and internal teams for timely vehicle placement and cost optimization.
• Conduct daily stock verification and reconcile with ERP records.
• Enforce safety protocols during loading and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and share daily dispatch reports, TAT logs, and transit damage analyses.

The Dispatch Officer is responsible for managing the daily logistics, loading operations, and documentation for the safe and timely delivery of AAC blocks to customers and construction sites. The role ensures inventory accuracy, optimal vehicle utilization, and minimal transit breakage.

Key Responsibilities

• Logistics & Scheduling: Plan, organize, and oversee the daily dispatch schedule based on sales orders and production availability.
• Loading Supervision: Supervise the loading of AAC blocks onto trucks, ensuring proper stacking and securing to minimize transit breakage.
• Documentation: Prepare, verify, and maintain all dispatch documents, including delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and gate passes.
• Vehicle Coordination: Coordinate with transport vendors, drivers, and internal sales teams to ensure timely vehicle placement and optimal freight costs.
• Inventory Control: Conduct daily physical stock verification of finished AAC blocks and reconcile records with the ERP system.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols during loading operations and ensure compliance with transport regulations.
• Reporting: Maintain and share daily dispatch reports, vehicle turnaround time (TAT) logs, and transit damage analysis with management.
