Job summary

3R Polymers in India is seeking a Dispatch Planning & Coordination professional to manage daily dispatches aligned with sales orders and delivery schedules. You will coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

Your duties include preparing and verifying invoices, e-Way bills, delivery challans, LR/GR, maintaining dispatch records, and ensuring GST compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily dispatches as per sales orders and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Logistics teams.
• Ensure material readiness before dispatch.
• Prepare and verify Invoice, E-Way Bill, Delivery Challan, LR/GR, and other dispatch documents.
• Maintain dispatch records and filing system.
• Ensure compliance with GST and transportation regulations.
• Supervise loading activities to avoid damage and quantity mismatch.
• Ensure proper packing, labeling, and stacking of materials.
• Follow safety procedures during loading and unloading.

• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately.

Loading Supervision

• Supervise loading activities to avoid damage and quantity mismatch.
• Ensure proper packing, labeling, and stacking of materials.
• Follow safety procedures during loading and unloading.
