Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics or supply chain coordination.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations and shipment handling.
• Hands-on experience with dispatch/shipping portals and logistics software.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets and MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end dispatch operations and shipment coordination
• Coordinate with BDA regarding order dispatch timelines and customer commitments
• Handle shipment booking, tracking, documentation, and updates through logistics portals
• Monitor dispatch performance, delivery timelines, and shipment status; communicate with vendors
• Maintain dispatch records, shipment MIS, and logistics reports
• Resolve shipment delays and operational issues proactively
• Ensure accurate packaging, dispatch documentation, and delivery confirmations
• Optimize logistics processes for better efficiency and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end dispatch operations and shipment coordination
• Coordinate with Business Development Associates (BDA) regarding order dispatch timelines and customer commitments
• Handle shipment booking, tracking, documentation, and updates through logistics portals
• Monitor dispatch performance, delivery timelines, and shipment statusCommunicate with vendors, transport partners, and internal teams for smooth operations
• Maintain dispatch records, shipment MIS, and logistics reports
• Resolve shipment delays and operational issues proactively
• Ensure accurate packaging, dispatch documentation, and delivery confirmations
• Optimize logistics processes for better efficiency and customer satisfaction
