The role involves coordinating daily dispatches, managing transportation logistics, ensuring accurate packaging and labeling, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery to clients. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in dispatch management, logistics, or warehouse operations, with basic knowledge of ERP/inventory systems, WMS, and Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in dispatch management, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail logistics, furniture, or FMCG environments preferred.
• Basic knowledge of ERP/inventory systems, WMS, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute daily product dispatches to meet order delivery schedules and SLAs.
• Supervise picking, packing, and labeling of goods to ensure items are secure, correct, and undamaged prior to dispatch.
• Coordinate with courier partners, local transport providers, and drivers to optimize delivery schedules.
• Generate invoice copies, delivery challans, goods transport notes, and update dispatch details in inventory software/ERP.
• Verify dispatch quantities against physical stock and order manifests to prevent shipping errors or inventory mismatches.
• Track outgoing shipments, resolve in-transit issues, and address return/failed delivery management (RTOs).

Key Responsibilities
