Job summary

Barosi is seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional in Gurugram to prepare and execute daily PO dispatch plans. You will track POs, coordinate with transporters and warehouses, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining GRN accuracy.

The role requires strong coordination, problem-solving, and Excel/MIS familiarity to monitor shipments, manage multiple POs, and uphold records and timelines across dispatch activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch and logistics operations.
• Ability to track shipments and manage multiple POs simultaneously.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/MIS and inventory or warehouse processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute the daily PO dispatch plan as per business requirements.
• Track dispatched POs and monitor their in-transit status until successful delivery.
• Coordinate with transporters, logistics partners, and warehouse teams to ensure POs reach the warehouse safely and on time.
• Follow up on pending or delayed shipments and take timely corrective actions.
• Ensure all Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
• Monitor dispatch progress and ensure the dispatch plan is achieved accurately and within the scheduled timelines.
• Maintain proper records of dispatches, deliveries, in-transit POs, and GRN status.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies related to dispatch, transit, delivery, and warehouse receipt.
