Job summary

Tempo Instruments is seeking a Graduate with 3-6 years of dispatch/logistics experience to join our Mumbai team. The role requires strong MS Excel skills, thorough documentation, and excellent coordination and communication abilities to support fast-paced dispatch operations.

Key responsibilities include managing daily dispatch and shipment activities, coordinating with transporters, and maintaining accurate dispatch records to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch and shipment activities.
• Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documents.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and customers for timely deliveries.
• Maintain dispatch records and update shipment status.
• Ensure proper packing, loading, and quantity verification.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and sales team for smooth dispatch operations.
• Handle basic MIS/reporting related to dispatch.
