Job summary

Flagship Biotech International is seeking a dispatch and logistics professional in Vadodara to oversee the end-to-end pharmaceutical dispatch process from receipt to shipment, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes FEFO, batch control, expiry management, and tight coordination with warehouse, production, QA, sales, and transport teams. Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP-based ERP/WMS is advantageous, with strong attention to detail and deadline-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Commerce, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in pharmaceutical warehouse, dispatch, or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of FEFO, batch control, expiry management, and pharmaceutical documentation.
• Basic knowledge of GMP/GDP and warehouse SOPs.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/WMS systems such as SAP is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple dispatches.
• Male candidate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify approved dispatch orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Pick, pack, label, and dispatch pharmaceutical products accurately
• Ensure products are dispatched according to batch number, expiry date, FEFO, and customer requirements
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, quality assurance, sales, and transport teams.
• Coordinate with transporters and monitor vehicle availability and dispatch schedules
• Follow GMP/GDP, safety, hygiene, and documentation requirements.
• Support stock reconciliation and periodic physical inventory activities.
• Report dispatch discrepancies, damages, shortages, and delays to the concerned manager.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant dispatch area.
