Job summary

NAMDEV FINVEST LIMITED (Formerly Known as Namdev Finvest Private Limited) is seeking a Graduate to manage collections for MSMEs in Indore, Ujjain and nearby areas. You will support customers, follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely deposition of cash in the system.

You will coordinate with the supervisor, adhere to collection processes, maintain MIS daily reports, and drive improvements in late bucket delinquency while ensuring zero OD and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate with good communication and numerical skills.
• Experience in customer support or collections is a plus.
