Job summary

PeopleStrong is hiring for a Collections Executive in Lucknow. Coordinate with the team to provide customer support and manage MSME collections for Vadodara and nearby areas. Follow established collection processes to ensure timely deposits and zero overdues.

Responsibilities include daily MIS reporting, customer follow-ups on overdue payments, and escalation of problematic cases for resolution. This is a on-site position based in Lucknow with 1-3 years experience required.
