Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile phones, laptops, and related electronic devices
• Perform chip-level and component-level repairs (where applicable)
• Replace defective parts such as displays, motherboards, batteries, and connectors
• Ensure all repairs are done in compliance with brand and company quality standards
• Accurately record job details, parts used, and repair status in the O2 Care system
• Maintain proper handling of customer devices to avoid damage or data loss
• Assist in software updates, data backup, and formatting activities
• Coordinate with the service coordinator for pending jobs, spare parts, and escalations
• Ensure timely delivery of repaired devices within the committed TAT (Turnaround Time)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area and tools
