S&S Properties is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing (Performance Marketing) Manager to lead paid advertising, lead generation, and SEO for its real estate projects. You will own campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, optimize budgets, and drive high-quality leads with strong ROI.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in digital/performance marketing, experience in real estate, and hands-on expertise in analytics tools (GA4, GTM) and SEO, with collaboration across design and web

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably performance marketing.
• Experience in real estate or property marketing is preferred.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for multiple real estate projects.
• Manage advertising budgets across platforms to ensure ROI.
• Manage SEO activities, keyword research, and website optimization.
• Collaborate with Graphic Design to plan high-performing creatives.
• Coordinate with Website Development for landing pages and CRO.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversions, and ROI.
• Analyze marketing data and optimize campaigns continuously.
• Implement and monitor conversion tracking (GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, conversions).
• Track leads through CRM/lead management systems and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on expertise in paid advertising, lead generation, SEO, campaign optimization, and performance analysis to drive quality leads, improve conversions, and maximize return on advertising spend.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for multiple real estate projects.
• Manage advertising budgets across platforms to ensure efficient spending and maximum ROI.
• Manage SEO activities, keyword research, and website optimization to improve organic visibility.
• Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to plan and develop high‑performing marketing creatives.
• Coordinate with the Website Development team for website updates, landing page creation, and conversion rate optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
• Analyze marketing data and continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance.
• Implement and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Google Conversion Tracking.
• Track leads through CRM and lead management systems to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve marketing results.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in performance marketing.
• Experience in real estate or property marketing is preferred.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO.
• Experience in lead generation, campaign management, budget allocation, and ROI optimization.
• Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Meta Pixel.
• Knowledge of Google Conversion Tracking, UTM tracking, and CRM/lead management systems.
• Experience with Semrush or Ahrefs and Looker Studio for SEO research, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Ability to work closely with Graphic Design and Website Development teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and project management skills.
