CHR Properties in Hyderabad is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing campaigns, generating qualified property enquiries, site visits, and bookings.

Plan and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, manage budgets, track ROI, and collaborate with sales and creative teams to improve performance. This role focuses on data-driven strategies to grow property enquiries and bookings.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Mandatory experience in real estate marketing or property lead generation.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience managing advertising budgets and improving lead quality.
• Knowledge of GA4, GTM, CRM workflows, and conversion tracking.
• Proven ability to analyse campaign performance and deliver measurable results.
