Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Real estate industry experience preferred.
• Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and CRM tools.
• Great communication and content writing skills.

• Manage social media calendars, design creative posts, and engage with online audiences.
• Handle lead tracking, data entry, and pipeline nurturing inside our CRM system.
• Work closely with sales and design teams to create high-converting landing pages and promotional brochures.
• Track campaign metrics, analyze ROI, and compile weekly/monthly performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (real estate industry experience preferred).
• Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
• Great communication and content writing skills.
