Marseon Private Limited in India seeks a Marketing Lead to drive organic growth in cybersecurity. You will lead the marketing team, shape content strategy, and oversee SEO, content marketing, and social media initiatives.

You will coordinate with sales via Salesforce, ensure high-quality MQLs, and establish a compliant, high-visibility brand. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mohali, Punjab.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive organic lead generation across all channels, including SEO, content marketing, and social media.

• Build and execute an organic growth strategy tailored to the cybersecurity space.

• Oversee the marketing team, guide day-to-day activities, and support planned team expansion.

• Develop and manage content strategies that meet internal quality benchmarks and comply with cybersecurity and privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001, etc.).

• Improve brand visibility and authority within the cybersecurity services market.

• Optimize website performance, keyword rankings, and overall organic presence using advanced SEO practices.

• Ensure accurate tracking, management, and reporting of marketing leads through Salesforce, supporting seamless handoff to the sales team.

• Maintain high quality of all MQLs to ensure sales-ready opportunities

₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
