About the Role

We are looking for a driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute our complete digital presence end to end. This is a high ownership role — you will work directly with the Founder and CEO and your work will directly impact company growth, lead generation, and brand visibility in the Indian cybersecurity market.

What You Will Do

• SEO and Website — Optimise isecnetsolution.com for Google search. Identify high value keywords like "RBI compliance tool", "cloud security India", "DPDP Act compliance software". Create and publish SEO optimised blog content regularly. Track rankings and improve month on month.
• LinkedIn Marketing — Manage iSecNet Solutions LinkedIn company page. Create and publish engaging content 4 to 5 times per week — articles, posts, infographics about RBI penalties, DPDP Act, cloud security, and cybersecurity for Indian banks. Grow our follower base among CISOs, IT Heads, and CTOs of Indian regulated companies.
• Lead Generation — Build and maintain a database of 500 plus target companies. Execute cold email campaigns to IT decision makers at Indian banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and stock brokers. Track open rates, response rates, and qualified leads generated every week.
• Content Marketing — Write clear, simple, compelling content about cybersecurity and compliance for non-technical business audiences. Blog posts, case studies, email newsletters, social media posts — all content owned by you.
• Digital Advertising — Run targeted Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns when budget is available. Optimise ad spend for maximum qualified leads at minimum cost.
• Analytics and Reporting — Track all marketing metrics weekly — website traffic, leads generated, email campaign performance, social media growth. Report to Founder every Monday with clear numbers and next week plan.
• Brand Building — Ensure iSecNet Solutions looks and feels like a credible, professional cybersecurity company across all digital touchpoints — website, LinkedIn, email communications, and presentations.

What We Are Looking For

• Must Have — Proven experience in SEO, LinkedIn marketing, and content writing.
• Must Have — Strong written English — ability to write clear, simple, professional content.
• Must Have — Experience running email outreach or cold email campaigns.
• Must Have — Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics — ability to read data and make decisions.
• Good to Have — Experience in B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Good to Have — Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, fintech, or Indian regulatory compliance.
• Good to Have — Experience with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, Semrush, or Ahrefs.
