Job summary

Aditya Electro Mech is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Growth Executive to work closely with the Marketing Manager. You will strengthen the brand, execute digital strategies, and support business growth in a B2B industrial context.

You will manage SEO, Google/Meta Ads, email campaigns, content for LinkedIn and other platforms, and provide marketing materials to the sales team to generate qualified leads.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Good knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing.
• Understanding of brand strategy, product marketing, sales enablement, and lead generation.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, and Meta Ads Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and brand-building initiatives.
• Manage SEO activities to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Generate qualified B2B leads through digital marketing channels.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Develop product marketing strategies, product content, brochures, and sales presentations.
• Manage content planning for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
