Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Professional with strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, and Performance Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-impact digital campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Paid Advertising

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels
• Monitor budgets, bids, conversions, ROAS, and CPA metrics
• Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies

SEO & Organic Growth

• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize website content for on-page and technical SEO
• Improve organic rankings and website visibility
• Track SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, and SEMrush

Analytics & Reporting

• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and dashboards
• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Identify optimization opportunities to improve ROI

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with content, design, and development teams
• Plan data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and algorithm changes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & PPC campaigns
• Solid understanding of SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Experience working with landing page tools & CMS platforms
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (optional but a plus)
