Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to support and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, SEO, paid media, and analytics, with the ability to manage campaigns, teams, and performance metrics effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, and email channels
• Manage and monitor paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to improve ROI
• Oversee SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking
• Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing dashboards
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to drive conversions
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance reporting
• Support lead generation and conversion optimization initiatives
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing
• Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, and Paid Media Campaigns
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Search Console
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience managing marketing tools, CRMs, and automation platforms
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B or healthcare marketing
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and landing page optimization
