Role & responsibilities

Creative & Content

• Create engaging content ideas for social media, ads, reels, shorts, posts, and campaigns
• Write compelling captions, hooks, ad copies, and basic scripts
• Collaborate on or independently design creatives using tools like Canva / Figma / Adobe
• Stay updated with trends, memes, formats, and viral patterns

Social Media & Branding

• Manage and grow brand presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan and execute content calendars
• Ensure brand tone, voice, and visual consistency
• Engage with audience via comments, DMs, and community posts

Performance & Growth

• Run or support paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn bonus)
• Analyze performance metrics (reach, CTR, engagement, conversions)
• Optimize content and ads based on data and insights
• Experiment with A/B testing and new formats

Tools & Automation (Bonus)

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut, etc.) to speed up content creation
• Work with scheduling, analytics, or automation tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Notion, etc.)
