Job summary

Maxop Engineering Company in Pune is seeking a Die Maintenance / Sourcing professional with 7–12 years of experience to manage die tracking, supplier coordination, and trial planning. The role focuses on achieving planned time schedules, data-driven supplier discussions, and maintaining die quality as per design.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, knowledge of new tool and die development, and strong communication skills for stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• 7–12 years of experience in die maintenance or die sourcing.
• Knowledge of new tool and die development is essential.
• Drawing study is beneficial.
• Experience with die trials and related processes is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Outsourcing die tracking and data provision from Maxop.
• Develop and manage die time plans per macro plan.
• Online discussions with suppliers for alignment.
• Collect data from suppliers and ensure on-time delivery.
• Daily review for achieving time plans and quality.
• Coordinate die inspection and trial plans with suppliers.

Education

Bachelors degree in engineering.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Outsourcing die tracking & data provision from Maxop
• Die MFG Time plan as per Our Macro plan
• Online discussion with supplier
• Data collection from Supplier
• Daily review for time plan achieving
• Felicitate to supplier for no mistake in die MFG
• Die inspection on-line no issue trial
• Die trial plan & parts receipt & dispatch to Maxop
• Part "1st time right "
• Less trial
• ISO 27001 Information Security Management System Related Resp. & Authority.
• Adherence of Macroplant required time schedule
• Die MFG with quality
• Daily review with supplier & review with Maxop seniors
• Part "1st time right in trial"
• Online discussion with supplier for updating
• Facilitation to supplier for achieving planned time
• Die/parts transfer from suppler to Maxop
• T0 Trial OK
• Die inspection before die trial
• Die quality as per design
• Trial Observation & Solution
• Strong follow up with Supplier
