This role involves conducting meetings with suppliers and optimizing yield during the tryout phase, ensuring all deliverables align with project timelines.

2D & 3D Process Layout check & validation feedback to supplier
Design check in CATIA & give feedback to supplier close all issue
Machining & Assembly follow up to get 1st panel to gauge & meet project timeline
Weekly conduct meeting along with supplier to achieve project schedule
ECR Feasibility check & provide should cost, Follow up implementation with supplier & validate vehicle condition
HLTO - follow up, close all fit & finish issue before PSW
Quality aspect & Pist % achieve plan detail action plan along with supplier
