Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of die elements status and ensure movement to next process.
• Delegate workload to area manpower process-wise.
• Define die parts manufacturing strategy based on 2D/3D data.
• Ensure BOM-based part availability one week prior to die dispatch.
• Review stagewise inspection reports before next process (B/W, scanning, electrode MB, BOP).
• Die readiness alignment with MFG plan.
• Manage manpower and resources.
• Handle production entry, BOM punching, and die activeness in ERP.
• Prepare die correction action plan.
• Aim for zero rejections due to assay.
• Maintain smooth die operation in production.
• Analyze rejection percentage and identify improvement points.
