Job summary

Talent Hired-the Job Store in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, is seeking a senior HR Shared Services leader to run end-to-end operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring onboarding, transactions and offboarding are delivered with SLA discipline.

The role drives HR transformation, digitization and automation initiatives to streamline processes, deliver superior employee experiences, and partner with HRBPs, COEs, IT and Finance to optimize service delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with leadership in HR Shared Services/Operations.
• Experience leading HRSS in large, complex organizations with scale.
• Experience driving transformation, digitization, automation and employee experience initiatives.
• Exposure to HR technology platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Workday, Oracle HCM or equivalent.
• Experience with digital workflows, automation and AI-enabled HR solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR Shared Services operations across the employee lifecycle.

• Evaluate new service delivery models, technologies and vendors to improve effectiveness.
• Monitor performance via metrics, dashboards and employee satisfaction indicators.
• Partner with HRBPs, COEs, Digital, IT, Finance and external providers for seamless services.
• Establish governance, standardization, and continuous improvement across HR operations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing HR Shared Services team.

Job description

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end HR Shared Services operations and ensure efficient, consistent and employee-centric service delivery across the employee lifecycle.
• Drive service excellence across onboarding, employee support, HR transactions and offboarding while ensuring adherence to defined SLAs and quality standards.
• Lead HR transformation, digitization and automation initiatives to simplify processes, improve operational efficiency and enhance employee experience.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled solutions, emerging HR technologies and digital workflows across HR Shared Services.
• Drive HR data governance and master data management to ensure data accuracy, integrity, compliance and reporting effectiveness.
• Lead strategic HRSS programs and transformation projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, scope and budgets.
• Evaluate and implement new service delivery models, technology solutions and external vendors to strengthen HR service effectiveness.
• Monitor HRSS performance through service metrics, dashboards, employee satisfaction indicators and operational reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with HRBPs, HR Centres of Excellence, Digital, IT, Finance and external service providers to deliver seamless HR services.
• Establish governance, process standardization, compliance and continuous improvement practices across HR operations.
• Lead, develop and engage a high-performing HR Shared Services team and build future-ready capabilities.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, HR Transformation or Employee Services leadership roles.
• Experience leading HR Shared Services / HR Operations in a large and complex organization with significant employee scale.
• Proven track record of driving HR transformation, process excellence, digitization, automation and employee experience initiatives.
• Strong exposure to HR technology platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Workday, Oracle HCM or equivalent HRMS platforms.
• Experience in implementing digital workflows, automation and AI-enabled solutions within HR processes.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management, HR service delivery, SLA governance and operational excellence.
• Experience in HR data governance, master data management, HR reporting and operational dashboards.
• Demonstrated experience in managing HR transformation programs, technology implementations and cross-functional projects.
• Exposure to vendor management and evaluation of HR service delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with HRBPs, COEs, Digital, IT, Finance and business leadership.
• Candidates from large Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, Captive/GCC or Outsourced Shared Services environments would be preferred.
• Strong strategic orientation, customer centricity, innovation, execution focus and people leadership capability.
