Job summary

Keystone Realtors is seeking a senior interior designer in Mumbai to lead end-to-end interior design development, from concept through execution, across show flats, lobbies, offices and hospitality spaces.

You will prepare GFC drawings, review BOQs and coordinate with structural, facade and MEP teams, while guiding procurement and site teams to ensure quality and timely delivery. Strong leadership and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in interior design is required.
• 17–20 years of experience with leading developers/design firms preferred.
• Strong knowledge of interior detailing, GFC drawings and BOQ reviews.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Office and presentation tools.
• Excellent space planning, visualization and accessorization skills.
• Strong coordination with consultants, vendors and site teams.
• Strong communication and leadership to manage teams and client interactions.

• Prepare GFC drawings, review BOQs, and coordinate with structural, faade, and MEP teams.
• Collaborate with procurement teams, vendors, and site teams for material selection, finalization, and timely delivery.
• Ensure seamless site coordination, attending meetings and providing design solutions to maintain quality and timelines.
• Oversee handover of projects with complete accessorization and readiness for client/operations teams.
• Manage show flats, lobbies, sales galleries, corporate offices, and hospitality interiors with attention to detail and brand alignment.
• Provide creative space planning solutions and impactful design presentations for clients and stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design
• Experience: 17 to 20 years of experience preferably with leading developers/design firms).
• Strong technical knowledge of interior detailing, GFC drawings, and BOQ reviews.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Office, and presentation tools.
