Role & responsibilities

The AGM Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing interior design solutions for real estate projects. The role involves space planning, material selection, vendor coordination, and on-site execution support to ensure delivery of aesthetically pleasing, functional, and cost-effective interior spaces.

The incumbent will work closely with architects, MEP teams, project managers, vendors, and clients to ensure designs are aligned with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and project timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Design Development & Conceptualization

• Create innovative interior design concepts aligned with project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations for client presentations and execution.

2. Project Coordination

• Collaborate with architects, MEP teams, and project managers to ensure cohesive execution of designs.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is maintained and address any design-related queries.

3. Material & Finishes Selection

• Source and finalize materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes keeping aesthetics, quality, and budget in mind.

4. Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare BOQs, specifications, and ensure compliance with building codes, safety, and accessibility standards.

5. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors for design development and execution.

6. Budget & Timeline Management

• Work within defined project budgets and ensure timely delivery of design outputs.
