Job summary

315 Work Avenue is seeking an experienced interior designer specializing in corporate spaces and coworking environments in Bengaluru. The role focuses on test fits, space planning, and coordinating with consultants and vendors to ensure design integrity on site.

You will manage client presentations, design approvals, and stay current with materials and finishes to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions while maintaining brand consistency across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 3-8 years of corporate interior design or coworking space experience.
• Experience handling large-scale office projects preferred.

• Prepare and review test fits, space planning, and layout drawings as per client requirements.
• Review GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and ensure design intent is met on site.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal project teams for smooth design execution.

• Strong knowledge of design detailing, materials, and fit-out processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture / Interior Design.
• Minimum 3-8 years of experience in corporate interior design or co-working spaces.
• Experience in handling large-scale office projects will be preferred.
