Job summary

Fabinteriors in Delhi is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to develop creative design concepts based on client requirements. You will prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, and 3D renderings, coordinating with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure designs are realized accurately.

The ideal candidate has 25 years of interior design experience, strong software proficiency, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 25 years of relevant experience in interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/V-Ray, Revit, Photoshop, or similar design software.
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior detailing.
• Strong understanding of working drawings and site execution.
• Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with a creative approach to design.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.
• Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, furniture layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Create and present design concepts, mood boards, material selections, and colour schemes.
• Prepare 3D views/renderings and design presentations.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Visit project sites to monitor execution and ensure designs are implemented correctly.
• Select and coordinate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and assist with cost estimation when required.
• Ensure projects are completed within the agreed quality, design, and timeline requirements.
• Resolve design and execution-related issues at the site in coordination with the project team.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
