Job summary

Sunteck Realty in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Interiors/Architectural Designer to lead concept development from initial sketches to detailed drawings for premium residential and show flats. You will create floor plans, 3D renderings, and collaborate with architecture, interiors, landscape, and MEP teams.

You will manage design through all stages, coordinate site observations, monitor budgets, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high aesthetic standards.

Responsibilities

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Design and detailing from initial conceptualization to final execution.
• Research concepts and materials to support design team on technical issues influencing concept development.
• Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion.
• Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects.
• Select furniture, materials, decor and finishes while keeping within budget.
• Experience of Designing Show Flats, Sales galleries.
• Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.
• Site Execution & Detail Drawings & working drawings.
• Develop concepts, sketches, floor plans, and 3D renderings (mood boards, models).
• Design management of premium project including design drawings for Architecture, Interiors, Landscape, Lighting, MEP, Faade, Lifts etc. @ various stages from Concept to GFCs.
• Site Coordination included guiding the engineering team with different design packages and helping them understand the concepts and architectural elements.
• Monitoring project risks and scope creep to identify potential problems and proactively identifying solutions to address them in advance.
• Providing strategic direction during the implementation stages.

Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Extremely proficient with computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation and consultation skills.
